A few answers, minus the family group chat.
How long does my order take?
Each Seensheen piece is printed on demand, rather than kept on a shelf. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Production and delivery are separate, so allow for both when ordering for a special date.
Can I personalise my order?
Our Personalised Name Calligraphy collection is where names get their moment. Check the product description for the personalisation available and how to supply your details. Please double-check spelling and any Urdu text before placing your order, including those all-important dots.
Can I request a change after ordering?
If you've spotted a spelling mistake or need to change a detail, get in touch as soon as possible with your order number. Changes aren't guaranteed once production is under way.
What if I need to return a printed item?
Please check our returns policy for the terms that apply to your order, including printed and personalised items. If an item arrives damaged, has a printing issue or isn't what you ordered, get in touch with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos so we can look into it. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Can I order a gift?
Absolutely. From nikahs and Eid to birthdays and Secret Santa, we're all for gifts with a little meaning, or a well-timed joke. Allow 3–5 business days for production plus shipping, and check all personalisation details and the delivery address carefully.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Please check with us before ordering if gift wrapping, a gift note or particular packaging is important to you. Don't assume these extras are included unless they're specifically offered on the product page.
Do I need to understand Urdu to shop here?
Not at all. Seensheen is for people who grew up with these words and people discovering them for the first time. If you'd like help understanding a phrase or choosing a gift, just ask. Cultural connection doesn't come with an entrance exam.
